
1926 Fudges founded, traditionally as a baker of bread and cakes.
1990's
Fudges changes direction and produces quality niche products for food specialists, London stores, hamper companies and multi-national supermarkets.
1998
Set up home in Stalbridge and started producing a premium handcrafted range of sweet biscuits, some hand-dipped in chocolate for extra indulgence, savoury biscuits, flatbreads, cheese straws and florentines.
2004
Began a partnership with Unilever to produce dual-branded biscuits, such as the Marmite Biscuits.

2006
Partnership with Tate & Lyle to produce two great new products.
Tate & Lyle Biscuits & Flapjacks Half-Dipped in Belgian Chocolate.
Expanded partnership with Unilever to add Marmite Flatbreads and Colman's Mustard Savoury Biscuits to the ever expanding range.
